Our yoga focuses on merging your mind, body, and spirit and will teach you how they work together to foster healing. Sessions focus on mental health and functional fitness to improve longevity and quality of life.

Lessons are tailor made to your abilities and goals. Lessons combine asana (posture), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (dhrana) as a way to explore your deepest, most healed self.
